Dubai Residential launches Second Season of Community Events
Dubai Residential, the owner and manager of one of the city’s largest portfolios of rental residential communities and a member of Dubai Holding, has announced the launch of its second season of community events for 2019 as part of its commitment to offering distinct living experiences to its residents. Diwali celebrations marked the beginning of the new season with 5,000 residents attending the Annual Diwali Event at Al Khail Gate.
Until the end of 2019, the company will host over further 30 entertainment activities, scheduled regularly across its 10 communities in Dubai. These include Halloween Parties, Winter Festivals, a Preloved Dubai Market Day, Pet Zones, Family Fun Days, “Movies under the Stars” and National Day Celebrations.

During the first season of 2019, Dubai Residential held 50 community events and activations that attracted over 15,000 enthusiastic participants which included carnivals, family fun days, a Japanese Matsuri, Earth Hour and an ICC Cricket World Cup Fan Zone.
In addition, the company launched its #Neighbourgood initiative, a series of monthly activations that reward tenants through random acts of kindness, including giveaways. The initiative has garnered a positive response from residents, who look forward to the monthly surprises.
